2nd City Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit art and community gallery. It is dedicated to

• Actively promoting California artists, the arts, and arts education.
• Providing oportunities for artists and supporting activities which contribute to their continued creativity and development.
• Fostering a sense of community by having public exhibitions and special events that increase awareness, stimulate respectful yet authentic dialog, encourage exploration, and aid in the understanding of communities and the issues that impact and interest them.

• receive regular notification of exhibitions and events
• are entitled to one free entry in an exhibition of your choice each year
• save on all other entry fees for exhibitions
• may apply to participate in the annual Members Only exhibition
